What does suspicious players mean

Again I'm a new player and just encountered this tonight. Just wondering what it means when it shows up as suspicious players?
I would assume it means they have the same ip, but again I have no idea what it really means. Thats why I ask the experts !!!!!!!!!suspicious players.JPG

kk next time I'll try what u suggest, and scroll over the names. Just curious cuz I never seen that come up yet. And I'm still new and was wondering if I should avoid those players ingame the next time I see that.
