Is it a fake
😁Ok I've been thinkin of a good way to play with friends that seems fair. I wish to know if its within the rules.
Say I start a 1x1 with someone. We fight it out till one person has 1 unit left and is about to die. Are they allowed to surrender and me loot thier stuff so they don't lose as much as they would? Because frankly I like being a friend and returning some stuff I loot to the loser. A good game deserves rewards for the winner and loser.
So in otherwords we fought well, didn't fake, and played hard fully equipped. Perhaps are even on 1 guy each. If someone surrenders at the end of a good game, am I allowed to call it a win and cease attacking to loot a friends stuff?
I mean we all work hard for what we get items wise (besides for the fakers ☺ )
It should be our right if we declare a victory or a loss if we want our stuff to be looted by friends and given back?
Plus this promotes a hard match where both players play 100 percent to win, but remains friendly and the loser still gets something out of a hard fought game.
Not sure if I explained this correctly but was just curious.
At no point in the match is thier faking, both players play hard to win. But at the end one player declares a loss and allows the other to loot them so thier isn't so much of a loss of gear. I think its both fair and friendly. As long as both players fight thier hardest I think its quite fair for the loser to be allowed to submit gracefully.
Thiers nothing about declaring a loss ingame and allowing a friend to loot your stuff in the rules that breaks them. But I figured I'd ask anyways. Fighting hard and being rewarded in the process should never be made illegal. So legal or not legal that is the question

This is a very good question.
Fake fighting is a predetermined fight. What you describe is a real battle to the near death, and then a loot process. This is more common than you think.
However, a caution to all those reading this. There is a point were it is "too early" to concede. A clear concede with 3 units or even 2 healthy units will be frowned upon (and may be viewed as fake). But, if the game is coming to an apparent end after a good battle, a concede may be an option to both parties.
Word of warning to those who want to loot... The battle isn't over until it's over for many. Some will play to the death, others won't. Know your opponents if you wish to take a risk at looting before a kill...
Personally, I like to play to the end. I've won my share of games with just 1 unit left versus 3.

I would say if you are giving out and stop shooting with last unit and instead walk over enemy so he can loot you this is clear fake as your endgame is a clearly arranged looting. If doesnt matter if you start faking at the end of the battle or right from the start. Fake game is a fake game.

Hmm ok, so no matter how hard you play you can't help friends out because thiers loot involved that you either payed for or worked hard for ☺
If you payed for something or fought hard for it, I still think its not faking for a match to clearly be over. Then you loot. Calling it a fake is pretty much saying tough u have to waste even more money or waste your time with a bunch of real fakers here. Or wait 4 hours or more for a fair match cuz of all the fakers or liars that play this game.
I still think its a nice gesture to give stuff back if your the winner, but I guess if you can't even be friendly with your friends here and the good players then who can you be fair with.
Alot of players move thier units in to loot here on gunrox, if thats called a fake then the mods are gonna be busy indeed 😁
Thanks for the answer to my question make sure you add it to the rules that what i suggest is a fake.....please. Cuz thiers nothing in the rules that says its a fake. And alot of players may get into trouble for something thats not in the rules to begin with.....thank you for your time.
Final note : The player who suggested that thier be a rules thread on the forums is right. Thiers alot of things you call illegal that aren't stated in the rules. I think its time for a complete rules thread on the forums that players can refer to. So no one gets banned for things that aren't clearly stated in the rules. Are we supposed to guess if somethings against the rules if its not in them? lol x 1000
Sorry to bug ya'll was just curious about this subject. No predetermined winner or loser means your not faking......when someone submits and a battle is clearly over thats called surrendering to me. Not faking.
But Bezerker you are the law here 😁
What you say goes, but I still disagree with your opinon. Thier is no clear winner or loser again before the match so again its not a fake. You fought to the point where u either won or lost and fought well..on the battlefield thier is such a thing as knowing when your beat and laying down your arms !!!!!!!!!

Berserker
Well Berserker, You of course "profit" (in quotations because i have some understanding of time put in for games like this) from players not getting the equipment they need from looting. But I think maybe the overall enjoyment of the game by the players should take the lead here. I mean, even in a hard fought battle between two friends the chance of packing out all of the "lost" equipment is slim. (especially at my lvl). I would LOVE to actually play against my friends rather than sit in a battle "ready room" with all of them on my team for 2 hours trying to convince players who jump in the battle to sit tight for a few mins while we wait for a fair matchup lvl wise to pop in and not get irritated at the fact that we won't drop one of our team to their team to start faster. I think that conceding to a player when you have red health and have virtually no chance of winning(only time I will give up) is viable here. I do it with players i don't even know. They have beaten me into submission and deserve what they can carry out of the battle. There is no predetermined winner here. It's whoever proves there tactics and damage is better in battle who wins(sounds real to me). This would encourage more playing and more fun. I consider myself a fair and honest player but if I'm going to be killed by my opponents next shot and he can get to a position to take that shot I'm not going to make him waste all his action points getting to that position then shooting and not having the aps to choose his/her spoils of war from my bag. I'll walk into the open and let him SHOOT and LOOT: the 2 most enjoyable things in this game. If that makes me a faker I'll be very disappointed. I'm a casher, not all can do that. Keeps the playerbase happy if some of the high attrition items don't go up in smoke at the end of a battle. There is plenty of true fakers to wack with the banstick in this game. Please don't punish those who fight hard but know when they are mastered.

There is a diference. You can loot as much as you want, but clearly not fighting, allowing others to loot is different case. It's ok for winning player to keep other almost dead enemy alive while attempting to loot more stuff, but it is not ok for loosing player to stand withing shooting range and do nothing, or just skipping turns. Just a note for you so you wont get in trouble accidently when moderators comes in (he might not be watching your battle from the beginning, but will enter at random and will see obvious fake fight behavior)
