bmp-files wants many space of bits'n'bytes try another kind to file.
Best result between file-size and pic-size you get for example with jpg-format.
If you just have paint so open the original bmp-file go "save as" and change the filetype to jepg.

After taking the screenshot and putting it on paint, dont resize it, try to convert the pic for other format acept by the foruns (use a proper program to do it, so try to convert to jpeg, jpg etc.).
If it dont work. try to use a host site, like:
http://imageshack.us/
Creat an account here, make the logging, and chose the pics you want to host there. After the upload, just copy and past the links on your post.
