Level five in Beginner's Quarter?
Okay, I've never posted here before, but I thought it would be worth a shot... I recently noticed a level five character lurking in the Beginner's Quarter. His name is Vitto_Gunrox, and apparently he just never left, he just stayed there taking on low-level noobs. Can't something be done about this?
Reminder: Once you pull the pin, Mr. Grenade is no longer your friend...
Edit: Okay, I guess Berserker already knows about him, it just irks me....

1 guys called blackcat stay in beginner quarter to lv 7....no need change on city for win exp..only need fight and if he want stay dont worry...so?😁

If you never leave Beginner's Quarter, you can stay there as much as you want, but it's really pointless cause fighting level 3 players when you are level 5 or higher gives you tiny amounts of exp.
