BERS i know that u can see the IP of the accs check the ip where BEEyoung and osiris were created , osiris is a lvl 13 acc that is hacked , i can't take the pass coz the hacker delete my reactivation code pls i know that u used the IP for ban same player accs so pls i need u ckeck it and give me the pass if it's the same IP☹

You must take care about your sefety yourself in the first place. You must write down security code that you receive during account activation in the safe place. In some cases we can track and punish hackers, but restoration of your account can be done only by you via security code. Otherwise people can just claim they lost their account and "restore" accounts that never belong to them.

in the first place he was a noob when created the acc me and BEEyoung where in the same time and we didn't knew english so we didn't understood and in 2nd place how can a guy claim his acc if he has different ip it's cause u don't want to check or what?

IP has nothing to do with that - it can be a person who lives nerby and plays from the same netowrk. IP is not a proof.
