Let me explain. Moderator is a voulonteer job, so they dont have to sit there and wait 24/7 watching for battles. They do that only when they want to. Even if some moderator is online, they may be playing, chatting, being afk, etc. so dont expect 100% immediate help. Sometimes they will help you, other times they dont. If you were involved in some kind of abuse, make a proof (screenshots or screen capture video) and post them on forums, then abusing players will be punished (if it was a clear abuse and proof shows it well)
