You haters always try to cut down the clans that are at the top, just like you haters were always accusing Noxious of stuff when we were on the top.
What you have shown does not prove anything. Keeplive is always trying to trick me into unfair games. I take it with good humour. I reckon he was trying to trick you.
You want to get vindictive because you are jealous because your clan is not #1. Why don't you just play against Toxicity and teach them a lesson? Use your guns and magic to do the talking you cry baby.

That screenshot shows nothing but talking. It doesn't show actual fake game that happened (I believe it isn't). And besides they are last week.
However from now on if I see players do such offers in chat, I will silence them.
So if you will have fresh screenshots (not last week) where some player asks for fake fame, I will be silencing them.
Hell, I think I will silence FailStyle now just in case.
